TMOT have invested in a web based service tracking programme called IMS service tracker, or I-man, to ensure that our customers get the best in our attention, and that chargeout rates and quotes remain competitive and uniform.

Like any project we tackle, our effort starts at the apprentices and goes all the way to the directors.
